Distractions How they affect you
ByDistractions How they affect you
Distractions are one of the worse thing in business. They can and will cost you more than you can imagine. You start to work on something for your members, list, or your site and get distracted and it does not get finished because you got distracted with something else. What this does is put you behind on your goals, Takes up more time than it should, and can ultimately cost you money. Last night i logged in to my blog with every intention to write a post, Well i was on the phone right before i logged in and something was mentioned that distracted me from doing that very thing. So here i sit this morning doing what should of been done last night. This distraction has took about 20 minutes of my time that i normally spend doing something else. Not to mention the thing that distracted me has not been completed. So it put 2 things off and cost me a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. In business this is unacceptable, Your customers deserve better from you, and me. Stay focused on the job at hand and get it done and then more on to the next thing.

This Month in NASA History:
Pioneer 10: Mission to Jupiter and Beyond
Pioneer 10’s first challenge was to pass through what was initially feared to be an impenetrable asteroid belt. The mission to Jupiter and beyond, managed by the NASA’s Ames Research Center, was very successful resulting in the return of scientific data and images. It became the first artifact to leave the solar system on June 13, 1983 when it passed beyond the farthest known planet. It continued to search for the heliopause for another 20 years, exploring the very edges of interstellar space as it drifted onward in mankind’s first journey to the stars. Pioneer’s last, very weak signal was received on January 23, 2003. It is believed that its power source had run too low to transmit a signal. At the time, Pioneer 10 was more than 7.6 billion miles away from Earth.
