Where are the Surfers

Posted by: | Comments Comments Off on Where are the Surfers

Better Question is Where are the REAL Surfers

There are many Traffic Exchanges that have a lot of surfers, However are they Real surfers? What are real surfers you ask, Real Surfers are real people looking for a Real Program for the opportunity to make money online. For many traffic exchange members they are only looking to get paid to surf the traffic exchanges.  Is this a good thing for other members that are surfing their butts off to get the credits to promote their real program? Answer is Absolutely NOT. Why? Because these penny surfers will only signup to other traffic exchanges that are paying them to surf.

If you are anything like me you want to advertise in places that have real people seeing your add. Now you don’t want them just looking you want some results. Well let me tell you about our Surf partner for today. Clickaholics is a great Traffic Exchange with real people seeing your ads. Like Orbital Traffic, Clickaholics does not pay members to surf nor do we encourage members to waste your credits by encouraging  them surf 1000 pages a day. This is a total waste of your credits and the time you spend surfing.

Your Orbital Traffic Mission:
Put at least one text ad in Orbital Traffic that matches the site you are promoting and assign credits.

Banners Why Use Them

Posted by: | Comments (1)

Banners Why Use Them

Banners when used properly can and will increase your exposure, signups, and sales. When adding banners to sites you really need to pay attention to what links you are using. Make sure they are the right size and you have the correct links to go with the banner. Like many others i too  tend to use banner rotators; this is a good thing to a point.

The good part is when one of my banners stop working you can change it in every location you have that banner by editing that one rotator.  Now the bad is some site owners do not like rotators and will not let them on their site.  There is nothing wrong with not wanting rotators on your site and the reason is, Without them it makes it easier from the admin or owner to find problem sites or banners. If you do use a rotator for banners do yourself a favor and only put 5 banners max in that rotator and make them all for the same site. This will reduce your work in the long run when you have an issue with the banner for that site. Now the proper way to install a banner on any site that uses the LFM scripts watch the video below.

Here is a little trick when adding a banner from a LFM site to a none LFM site. The image url looks like this orbitaltraffic.com/getimg.php?id=11 if you add this little bit to the end it will work in any site. That little bit is #hi.jpg so now the banner image url will look like this orbitaltraffic.com/getimg.php?id=11#hi.jpg

You don’t have to use only jpg, you can use .gif or .png if you want.

Your Orbital Traffic Mission:
Put at least one banner in Orbital Traffic that matches the site you are promoting.

NASA Spacecraft Becomes First to Orbit a Dwarf Planet

NASA’s Dawn spacecraft has become the first mission to achieve orbit around a dwarf planet. The spacecraft was approximately 38,000 miles (61,000 kilometers) from Ceres when it was captured by the dwarf planet’s gravity at about 4:39 a.m. PST (7:39 a.m. EST) Friday.

Mission controllers at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, California received a signal from the spacecraft at 5:36 a.m. PST (8:36 a.m. EST) that Dawn was healthy and thrusting with its ion engine, the indicator Dawn had entered orbit as planned.

“Since its discovery in 1801, Ceres was known as a planet, then an asteroid and later a dwarf planet,” said Marc Rayman, Dawn chief engineer and mission director at JPL. “Now, after a journey of 3.1 billion miles (4.9 billion kilometers) and 7.5 years, Dawn calls Ceres, home.”

In addition to being the first spacecraft to visit a dwarf planet, Dawn also has the distinction of being the first mission to orbit two extraterrestrial targets. From 2011 to 2012, the spacecraft explored the giant asteroid Vesta, delivering new insights and thousands of images from that distant world. Ceres and Vesta are the two most massive residents of our solar system’s main asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.

It’s the Super Saturday Surf, Are you up for it

Posted by: | Comments Comments Off on It’s the Super Saturday Surf, Are you up for it

The Super Saturday Surf Increases Your Exposure.

How does the Super Saturday Surf increase your exposure? Well we take the time to find a different Traffic Exchange with a very good reputation and active members. We understand that you can not have to much good advertising, and do not need the bad advertising. For this reason we try very hard to introduce our members to the traffic exchanges that have responsive Owner as well as responsive members. Yes we fall short from time to time, but that is not from lack of trying to bring you the best advertising sites we can find. However sometimes we decide to see how a newer Traffic Exchange will preform in our Super Saturday Surf. So for this week we chose Social Viral Profits

Social Viral Profit is owned by Shon Jimenez, Shon has been away for a little bit and has come back strong with this new traffic exchange.

NASA Research Suggests Mars Once Had More Water than Earth’s Arctic Ocean

A primitive ocean on Mars held more water than Earth’s Arctic Ocean, according to NASA scientists who, using ground-based observatories, measured water signatures in the Red Planet’s atmosphere.

Scientists have been searching for answers to why this vast water supply left the surface. Details of the observations and computations appear in Thursday’s edition of Science magazine.

“Our study provides a solid estimate of how much water Mars once had, by determining how much water was lost to space,” said Geronimo Villanueva, a scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, and lead author of the new paper. “With this work, we can better understand the history of water on Mars.”

This month in NASA History:

On February 20, 1962, John H. Glenn, Jr., became the first American to orbit Earth.
An Atlas launch vehicle propelled a Mercury spacecraft into Earth orbit and
enabled Glenn to circle Earth three times. The flight lasted a total of
4 hours, 55 minutes, and 23 seconds before the Friendship 7 spacecraft splashed down
in the ocean.
Most major systems worked smoothly, and the flight was a great success as an engineering feat.
