Paypal Is At Fault, So They Say.

There has been a frenzy of people blaming PayPal for limiting their paypal accounts. They claim it couldn’t be anything they did that violated paypals AUP(Acceptable Use Policy). Many claim they didn’t do anything wrong and paypal is plain and simply wrong in limiting their account.

Beyond popular belief there are many programs that are illegal on the internet (AKA World Wide Web). Here are just a few of them.

Matrix sites (AKA Pyramid Scheme), Any site where you only get paid on recruitment of new paying members and does not have a tangible, retailable product. Adding a matrix to a Traffic Exchange, and Autoresponders makes them illegal.
Cash Gifting Sites, Any site that pays member to member, 100% commission of a sale. Where members only join and pay with expectation of receiving money in return.
High Yield Investment Programs (AKA HYIPS, Ponzi Schemes) Promises of big returns on your investment. Uses new funds from new member to pay old or first in members. There is no real investment.

You can join, promote, send and receive funds from sites like these and take the chance of getting your paypal account limited. However you can not blame paypal for doing what you should be doing. And that is protecting your business.

What can you do if Paypal Limits Your Account?

Paypal is a business and they have to abide by the laws of business, The FTC, And the SEC. With this in mind, I do not believe paypal has the right to hold your funds, unless You or a site You received funds from or has charges against them by the FTC, FBI, or SEC. With that said if your account is limited you do have options if in the US. You can spend the time to
1. Contact Your States Senator.
2. Contact Your States Dept. of Finance or where ever the money transfer licensing office is.
3. Contact Your States Attorney General
4. The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)

Keep in mind this may not get your account back, However it could get you the funds from your account.

Fact: Papal has been under fire for over 10 years and from what i have seen it is due to them trying to protect their business. Yes they have been in the wrong at times and made the changes the law required them to make.

Now Here Is Where The Opinion Comes In.

If you have a business online and you do not do everything you can to protect it, Then you will be out of business soon.
Want to know if you will be limited by Paypal?
1. Get involved with any of the types of sites i mentioned above and use your paypal account.
2. Buy or acquire a site that was limited may also get you limited.
3. Having Multiple sites using one Paypal account.
4. Only having funds go in and out from sites that offer traffic to your website or affiliate link.

You have a site online that people use and pay you to use. You have a business, Why on earth would you not do everything your can to protect it?
It is very simple, Get to know the law.
If the FTC considers a business model risky or high risk the chance of paypal doing business with anyone using that model is slim.

The sooner people realize this the better off they will be.

How Owners set themselves up to fail.

Owners put their members before their business and make it a no win for the owner.
Letting Members/Customers promote sites that are illegal puts you in the cross hairs of being shut down.
A member of your sites gets limited due to owning or promoting illegal sites, and you are sending commissions to them and/or receiving funds from them. You are setting yourself up to fail.
When you think going through a second processor to accept payments that go into your paypal account, You set your business up to be shut down or limited.
Paying your members/customers to use your advertising site will put you in jeopardy.

How Members set themselves up to fail.

The biggest thing is joining programs that make huge claims of profit without checking them out first.
Believing that all programs are legit.
Not following the terms of the sites they join.
Thinking they can do whatever they want on someone elses site.

Where Did Your Integrity Go?

Posted by: | Comments Comments Off on Where Did Your Integrity Go?

I saw you were promoting a very nice and honest program that has integrity, and now i see you have changed programs. What happened? Was the $15 a month honest program to much for you to afford?

Well i was with that program for a while, I think 6 months and could not make any money with it so i could not afford to keep using it. Instead i am spending $18 plus a month to get less. However the programs i use now are a little scammy.

Really? You gave up an honest program and sponsor because you would not work it as directed so you didn’t make money there, and now you run off to the scam side of marketing?

Seems to me that is where you wanted to be from the start. If you were honest and had integrity you would of followed direction in the honest program and made money like others are in that honest business.

What are you talking about? I am an honest person. I need to make money to support myself.

Desperate people have no integrity and will do harm to you to get what they want. All they want is your money and will do whatever it takes to get it from you. If they cause you to lose your home so be it, The money they got from you ensued they keep their home.

If you were an honest person you would not be promoting scam matrix sites, Scam bitcoin sites, and trying to play others. You would not be say crap like “I Loved that program but could not afford it” and then join a program that has a greater chance of ruining your reputation plus cost more but has less.

However that is the way many want to go now a days, They do not have what it takes to make money online the honest way so they have to turn to the scam side.

Lies and deception seem to be a popular trait amongst the masses that do not have the integrity to do thing on the up and up. Shady is their way and to scam you is their desire.

The lies and deception can be traced back to the embarrassment these people feel towards their lives. They lack the backbone to stand tall and better their condition. Instead they look to take you with them.

What’s Happening In The TE World?

Posted by: | Comments (2)

blinderOh the fallacies being spread and believed. It is a sickening time in the TE and Mailer arena.

The blame game is rampant and the finger points to everyone but the real culprits.
Take the blinders off and look at the entire picture.

Those that use the TE model for out right ponzi schemes and those that support them are 100% at fault for the recent happenings in the TE world.

Don’t be fooled by their lies and deceptive words.
They know who they are and what they have done.
Now they push members to change processors and say this is the only option for you(The Members),
This is a load of crap, it is not the only option for you(The Members), It maybe the only option for them(the ones that put their members in harm’s way)

Some will take the blame and then say lets move on. Then want you to spend more money with them at a new processor for a chance to get the money they already owe you.
Really? You put my money at risk and now won’t pay me because you did wrong and expect me to say ok lets move on?

Hello So-called “Big Boys” And all that have been milking this event in time, Stop Feeding Your Members and Other Owners the Crap.
Be Real, Be Honest, Be Accountable and Take responsibility for your action and STOP passing the buck.
Paypal did not cause this, The Government did not cause this, You(The ones that supported Traffic Monsoon in any way) and Traffic Monsoon itself caused this.

Keep in mind this is not just the little guys in the TE world, It is also the so-called “Big Boys” that put your money at risk. Now here’s the kick in the teeth, The so-called “Big Boys” want every TE owner to disrupt their business to suit them. The so-called “Big Boys” can not use a certain processor so no one can. I call Bullshit, You so-called “Big Boys” did it to yourselves and want the members to bail you out. (sounds like the Big Bank bailout in the US) Bail them out of their wrong doing so they can do it again. You so-called “Big Boys” Want every TE owner to put their business in a place to fail so you will be the only ones left standing.

Many have stated that if other owners keep paypal they are not a team player. The ones that say that are correct, in the respect that those keeping paypal are not a team player when it comes to not looking out for their members.

The saddest part of this whole thing is there were Good People that were affected. The reason the Good People were affected “in my opinion” is the Good People had made a transaction with the Not So Good People that had transacted payments with the latest TM ponzi. In other words the Good People got hit due to guilty by association with the not so good.
Let me make this perfectly clear. If you did not have anything to do with Traffic Monsoon and lost your paypal account in the cross fire, That makes you one of the Good People because you did not add to the problem.

There are many TE’s and Mailers that still use paypal with no issues. Why do they use them? Because they can and that is what the members want.

Now that I know you care not about your customers, But care a great deal about getting their money in your pocket, I will not be adding to your pocket money.

Edited 12-6-16
It was brought to my attention that i was not very clear and some took it as i was calling a certain person out.
I was not calling any one out. I am stating my opinion of what has been going on in the industry. With that said i have added my definition to So-Called Big Boys below.

Definitions:
So-Called Big Boys = are the ones that run sites like TM and think they are something in the TE and Mailer world.
